FORGIVENESS
Have you ever been so angry and upset that someone did or said something to you and you have not been able to forget it? Jesus tell us that we must forgive others as He has forgiven us. We must turn the other cheek no matter how hard it is. We must go to that person and tell them that they hurt us and ask forgiveness from them. When we allow the hurts and things that others have said to remain it destroys to the marrow of our bones. So many are sick and afflicted, could this be the cause? Ask the Lord to reveal anything that you might have against others and then repent of that hurt and anger, go to them and ask forgiveness. We are living in the last days and we must surrender all the junk in our life's to the Lord. People around us are watching us and we must live what we preach. Jesus is the example that we must be following, we must pick up our cross and follow Him daily. Never one time in the Bible have we read that Jesus became angry and upset with His brothers, sisters or those that persecuted Him. But we read of how Jesus loved them and He chose to go to Calvary for them, just as He did for us. How can we reach out to the lost and dying when we have ought against others. Jesus is always there for us, let us begin to be there for others. The one that Jesus brings in your path today may need Him! Today, may be their day of forgiveness and accepting Jesus in their lives. Let not anything clog our vessels but be a vessel of love for all.
REJOICE AND BE HAPPY
Today is the day that the Lord has made and we are to rejoice and be glad in it. This word tells us to rejoice and be happy in whatever situation we find ourselves in. Many are going through struggles that seem to be consuming them. Let not the things we are facing cause us to be a cast down people but let us stand up and proclaim that this situations are only temporary. But the God we serve is giving us peace and in the midst of these situations and is working things out for our good. These situations may be used to cut things out of our life such as anger, resentment, thoughts and anything that we might have let in that is defiling our temple. We are a temple of the Living God and we must be Holy as He is Holy. When Jesus went into the wilderness it was for strength and endurance in the days ahead. He was tempted and tried but He did not give into the situation, He stood strong! The Lord is allowing these situations that we would draw nigh unto Him. REJOICE, REJOICE, REJOICE, He loves us! Knowing that Jesus loves us is enough to make us REJOICE and be HAPPY!

Are you in the Whale's Belly?
Have you or are you now facing problems that you think how in the world am I going to make it through this? Is there something in your life that you are running from? Are there feelings of hurt, anger and resentment toward others that you seem to keep wallowing in? Do you feel like everyone is taking advantage of you? Do you have an attitude of why is this happening to me? When God told Jonah to go to Nineveh, he did not want to go because he did not feel the people deserved grace. Jonah went and sailed on a boat headed in another direction, yet, that was not God's plan for him. In his disobedience he was thrown overboard and swallowed by a large whale. I can only imagine the anguish that Jonah felt when he was thrown overboard in the sea. Not only was he thrown in the sea but Jonah was swallowed by a large whale and was in the belly of the whale for three days. Can you imagine what Jonah was thinking? The odor that must have been in the belly of the whale? God took these circumstances of Jonah's disobedience and turned it around to save a nation. God is a merciful God and He loves us! Are you stuck in the whale's belly? Maybe the trials and tests you are experiencing are to cause you to lay aside your feelings and say not my way Lord but thine be done. Lord, wherever you want me to go, I will pick up my cross and follow you daily. Remember the song, Something Beautiful, something good; All my confusion, He understood; All I had to offer Him was brokenness and strife, But He made something beautiful of my life! Now is the time to surrender to the Lord and let him heal our brokenness and strife. You must allow God to take the circumstances you are facing and make something beautiful of your life.
