I Love Him So

I am longing for a place that I have never been. I am anxiously waiting for the day that I will go and see the face of my Savior. I long to meet the One who came and gave His life for me on an Old Rugged Cross. He shed His blood for me that even when all those around Him were being cruel to Him. Oh, I love Him more than life itself. He is my all and all, He is my strength, my shield and my fortress. I know that He has prepared for me a place to come and spend eternity with Him. I am only passing through this weary land here below. While I am here I will lift up His wonderful name, Jesus and shout and dance for I cannot contain all the feelings that I have for Jesus. The joy that is overflowing when I think of all that He did for me on that Old Rugged Cross. The new life that He has waiting for me when I get home and the new life that He has given me now. If you don’t know the Jesus that I am talking about, I pray that you will start to seek Him out and His grace for He is sufficient to take care of your needs. I love the Lord will all my soul. He is the one that fills the hunger within me and He fills my thirst with His life. He is the everlasting water that will fulfill all that you long for. Just as a cold drink of water fills that thirst He will fulfill your soul until it is overflowing with joy, peace and love. The River will be flowing out of you onto others and they will run to the water from where you drink. Cast all your cares upon Him for He cares for you.
